Sierra Bodyworks, has evolved over a life time. I have worked as a Fitness Professional since 1989. I have seen and experienced much change in the industry, as well as my own education and learning. My fitness training has grown from Personal Training, Directing and Coordinating Fitness/Aquatic Programs, and coaching athletes of all ages and levels. Having a solid education in Exercise and Sports Performance as well as being a competitive athlete myself, have given me a strong base of knowledge and experience to develop sound fitness programs. The fitness training side of Sierra Bodyworks is to become healthier individuals and better athletes.

My mission statement to you would be this:
MOVEMENT IS LIFE! To be fit and maintain good health is a lifestyle. Society has conditioned us to be deconditioned. We must learn or relearn the habit of exercise and sound nutrition to take care of not just anybody, but OUR BODIES!

I am a certified personal trainer who loves motivating and educating people through fitness. I obtained my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I work with clients who want to improve their sports performance, increase their daily functionality, or anyone who wants to achieve their lifelong fitness goals. I utilize many different training techniques and a variety of equipment to help my clients keep progressing toward their fitness goals. I have been a runner for many years and provide running specific training programs, which include stride analysis, postural analysis, and running-specific strength and conditioning exercises.

Thule was born 26 February, 1998 (Pisces, like Katie) in Napa, California. He graduated from the Truckee River School for stick retrieving. His duties include greeting clients, begging for treats, riding shotgun, and patient/client education on the art of relaxation and living in the moment. As regular clients know, Thule has been a fixture in the day-to-day operations with Eric since 1998. Thule is truly an angel, a sweet spirit, and spoiled. He is loved by many.
